Additional costs for airfare, car rental, accommodations and per diem at standard rate based on location and timing of the wedding.
Air & ground transportation arrangements must be made by James DeCamp Photography due to the transportation requirements of excessive baggage and fragile camera equipment and will be billed at cost +10%.
Accommodation arrangements can be made by the client as long as they are comparable to the wedding parties accommodations, otherwise James DeCamp Photography will make arrangements and will be billed at cost +10%.
Per diem based on GSA and State Department calculators for location.
Car rentals, typically a compact SUV, thru Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where available, and will be billed at cost +10%.
Transportation & destination costs must be paid in full by the client no later than 180 days before travel.
Deposits. Client shall pay Photographer a deposit of 35% of the total contracted amount or at least seven hundred dollars ($700.00), whichever is more, at the time of signing this Agreement, which shall be applied to the total compensation that Client owes Photographer. This deposit shall not be refunded under any conditions.
Final Payment. Client shall pay in full the balance of Photographer’s fee and costs, as specified in §9, no less than 30 days prior to the event.
Method of Payment. Payment by check or electronic money transfer is preferred. Photographer will accept payment by credit card (Visa & MasterCard, Discover, Amex) or PayPal for an additional fee of 3.5% of the total charged amount. Payment by check is accepted, with the understanding that there will be a $75.00 charge for any returned checks for non-sufficient funds, or any other reason for non-payment.
Client may cancel their contract at any time prior to the Event date. To do so, Client must send a written cancellation notice via either email or certified mail and have confirmation of its receipt by Photographer. In the case of cancellation in the period of 12 to 6 months before the Event, the Clients hereby forfeit their initial deposit and agree to pay 50% of the amount for the services listed as specified in §9. In the case of cancellation after the date 30 days before the Event, the Clients hereby forfeit their initial deposit and agree to pay the full amount for the services listed as specified in §9 .
James D. DeCamp is the ultimate copyright holder of all images captured, but all packages listed here provide for delivery of fully edited high resolution (4000px X 6000px) jpg image files with an unlimited reproduction release for the client to make prints and albums on their own. No commercial or advertising sales of images is allowed without written permission.
